AKA: Planes, Trains and Automobiles
My travels have taken me through three countries now and I have used every means of travel possible from planes to bus and everything in between. There is defiantly not one 'correct' way to travel through Europe. Some ways give you more flexibility in certain areas while other let you sleep while you travel. Its amazing how nice the people of Europe are...or at least have been to me.
I have been in the Alps now for the last couple of days. They are amazing! I mean I love the mountains in the US but the Alps are a totally different creature. Yesterday I went hiking in the Alps with a French man named Alein. The roads were quite scary getting to where we were to start but it was all well worth it once we made it! The day was perfect and lucky for us the snow has not totally set in yet so it was in the high 30's.
Well next its time to head to Italy. I will miss France but Italy's romance is calling me.

Well, Aslin is quickly becoming a world traveler such as yourself. She had her first plane flight to Sacramento! It was uneventful, thank God, she just nursed the whole time. Nobody kicked me off the plane for breastfeeding though..... The other kids are scattered. Kelina at BBQ in Memphis, Ketura in Spokane going to Grandma's and the boys in Yakima. Malia is with us as she will be for the rest of her life (not that I am complaining.) I hope your holiday was wonderful. I am sure it was. I hope you felt warm wishes and love from your family here. We are happy to hear from you and enjoy reading of your exploits...
We took Aslin to the eye doctor today and it looks like she will need the same kind of eye surgery that Malia had. It will probably happen sometime in January. Your prayers are appreciated.
